Sermon Connect

Sermon Connect is an online feature packed application that allows you to publish audio, video (with unlimited storage) and blogs. You can also use it for email list and membership management.
It’s not the cheapest out there, but you get a lot of features for your money!

Planning Centre Online

Planning Centre is an online application that allows you and your Church staff/members to easily collaborate and plan services.
It’s fully customisable allowing you to order songs, readings and other service elements all in one place. And it can even create CCLI usage reports based on your service plans!

Covenant Eyes

Covenant Eyes is a Christian based software company that provides (pay for) accountability and filtering software for computers (filtering Windows only).
The accountability software is designed for use where internet pornography is a problem as it monitors a person’s internet use and emails a report of all websites visited for Accountability Partners to view. Accountability Partners are trusted individuals selected by the member to review reports and discuss how the Internet is used.
The filtering software can be used in the home, Churches, schools or anywhere else (!) to selectively filter and block sites or portions of sites.
You can also use the two services together for maximum screening and reporting.

FoxFilter

Foxfilter is a great, free add-on for the brilliant Firefox web browser that allows you to custom filter access to sites and content on each individual computer.
The filter uses a combination of keyword filtering and ‘black lists’ to sort the good from the bad. There’s also a ‘white list’ where administators can set a list of ‘always safe’ sites that other wise might get filtered. Admins can also change the keywords and black lists.
The filter settings are also password protected for extra safety.

Church Website Design Tool

This is a free self-assessment questionnaire from the guys at Internet Evangelism Day helps you evaluate your Church site, and creates an evaluation report with advice to help you consider new ideas or aspects of the site that could be modified. It could also help in planning a new site.

It’s based on different colour ’suites’ that have different features and price plans. There’s also a free site option (but it does carry ads).

WingClips

WingClips is a site that allows you to download and use clips from major features films, without the need to have a public broadcasting license. The site has already made an agreement with the studios and distributors, so you don’t have to!
You have to sign up to use the site, and you can download small resolution quicktime files (320×240) for free. However, if you’d like larger resolution files (640×480) in quicktime and/or wmv and access to sermon outlines for many of the clips, you have to pay a ‘premium’ subscription (monthly or annually).

Church Cloud

Church Cloud is an international Church finder with added features.
As well as have a normal listing, Church can upload sermons and other media, audio and video, (so they can be downloaded or played using the Church Cloud jukebox) and have event listings.
On the Church lsiting page you can have more info that on most church finders including your address, phone number, email address, web link to your Church site, a link to your Church’s location on google maps and the main service times.
With the addition of sermons and events, you could almost make this your (small) main Church site!
ChurchCloud is made by the people who make the Ekklesia 360 Church site software and ChurchCloud is run on this software.
